Hi there! I am Kira, an ambitious neuroscientist by day and passionate baker / chef by night.
I’ve always loved cooking and baking, especially when it comes to new flavors and combinations from all over the world.
When I started my own fitness journey a few years back, I didn’t want to miss out on all the delicious food and follow the whole ‘chicken, broccoli & rice’ thing. That’s why I started experimenting myself, researching recipes from all over to determine the key steps and ingredients, to then adjust them to fit my macros whilst still keeping the original flavor of the dish.
Now I want to share these recipes with you, in the hopes of helping some fellow fitness-foobies out!
But I also never stopped loving and experimenting with actual sugar – after all, that’s how I buy all my friends 😉 – so I included a section with all the devilishly goodness I’ve created over the years.
