This is my creative outlet – I love coming up with cake designs – especially when it comes to the inside. New flavour combinations, all kinds of different layers and elements – from gooey, cakey, creamy, fluffy, to crunchy – a good cake has it all!

These are some of my recent creations – the recipes are not always 100% correct to the gram, since there is a lot of trial and error within each step, but I hope this can serve as an inspiration!
